This large-scale luxury residence in South-Western Sydney demanded more than standard integration — it required precise coordination across multiple disciplines, managing an extensive LED lighting environment, multi-zone indoor and outdoor audio, security infrastructure, and whole-home network coverage.

This project required expert collaboration across disciplines. Blutek partnered with Alpha Security to deliver a seamlessly integrated security ecosystem — covering surveillance, alarm systems, intercom, and access control — all unified within the Control4 platform.

Rather than operating as separate systems, Blutek's automation programming creates intelligent links between security events and the rest of the home: exterior lights flash on alarm trigger, entry points control lighting scenes, and access events are logged and visible from any Control4 interface.
