A grand home designed around the way you live
This premium Western Sydney residence called for a fully integrated smart home solution — one that would bring together entertainment, lighting, climate, security, and communications into a single, intuitive system.
Blutek designed and delivered a comprehensive Control4 ecosystem across the entire home, spanning a dedicated 7.2-channel Atmos-ready home theatre with fibre optic star ceiling, five additional audio and visual zones, and 30 custom-engraved lighting keypads controlling over 80 circuits.
An enterprise-grade network backbone, Ness M1 Gold alarm system with 11 cameras plus a PTZ dome, and Daikin HVAC integration complete the picture — a home as secure and comfortable as it is entertaining.

A dedicated cinema — with star ceiling
The centrepiece of this project is a purpose-built home theatre featuring acoustic wall panels, tiered leather recliner seating, a fibre optic star ceiling, and a 7.2-channel Atmos-ready system controlled by Control4. Every seat offers a premium cinematic experience.
Smart Lighting
Intelligent lighting across every room
Over 80 switched loads and 32 dimmable circuits controlled via 30 custom-engraved Control4 keypads. LED cove lighting, chandeliers, and architectural downlights are all scene-programmable — from full brightness to a warm evening atmosphere.
