This dual-penthouse represents one of Sydney's most architecturally refined residential addresses — a stunning harbourside residence with sweeping water and skyline views. The project required technology integration that would honour the interior's premium finish without compromising the architectural aesthetic.

Blutek's solution centred on two core systems: a signature Ultralift Spartan ceiling TV lift and a two-zone Sonos multi-room audio installation, both engineered for complete invisibility when not in use.

The result is a living space where technology is felt, not seen — premium sound in every zone, and a cinematic 85" display that descends from the ceiling on demand and disappears just as gracefully.

At the centrepiece of the living area, Blutek installed an Ultralift Spartan 85" Drop Ceiling Hinge TV Lift with Swivel — the flagship product from Australia's leading motorised TV lift manufacturer. When not in use, the 85" display retracts completely into the ceiling cavity, leaving no trace of technology in the room.

The swivel mechanism allows the screen to rotate to the optimal viewing angle across the expansive open-plan penthouse, ensuring perfect sightlines from the living zone, kitchen island, and dining area simultaneously. The lift integrates seamlessly with the Sonos AV ecosystem for a single unified experience.

Triad in-ceiling speakers are discreetly integrated into the penthouse ceiling throughout the living and dining zones — invisible against the premium joinery and stone finishes. Each zone is powered by a dedicated Sonos AMP, providing high-fidelity audio independently controllable by room.

The Bluestream 4K 48Gbps HDMI distribution in the living zone ensures pristine 4K video signal delivery to the Ultralift display, creating a fully integrated audio-visual experience. Control is entirely app-based via the Sonos S2 platform — intuitive, elegant, and always to hand.
