Luxury penthouses — fully integrated from the ground up
Developed by the Oxford Group at 34 Walker Street Northern Sydney, this prestigious luxury penthouse demanded a smart technology solution to match its premium positioning — seamless, invisible, and effortlessly controllable.
Blutek designed and delivered a comprehensive seven-category ecosystem: a Sony 4K laser home theatre system with star ceiling, three-zone multi-room audio, a full Inception/Dahua security system, Control4 DALI smart lighting, Akuvox intercoms, Araknis Wi-Fi 6 networking, and a Control4 Core 5 brain tying everything together.
Every aspect — from aircon and camera integration to lighting scenes and keypad programming — was configured and handed over as a single unified experience.

Triad in-ceiling speakers across 3 independent zones with OmniSub subwoofer, TV audio return, and full streaming integration — controllable per-zone from any device.
Advanced Security
Inception alarm panel, 8MP Dahua turret cameras, NVR with 2TB storage, PIR & glass break sensors, and electronic door strikes — all accessible remotely via Control4.
Control4 DALI Smart Lighting
DALI bus lighting with custom engraved keypads, Faradite 360° motion sensors, and fully programmed lighting scenes — all controllable from a single keypad press or the Control4 app.
Araknis Wi-Fi 6 Network
Araknis 520 Series Wi-Fi 6 access points, 24-port gigabit switch, and VPN router — remotely managed by Blutek via OvrC for proactive monitoring and zero downtime.
The Brain
Control4 Core 5 — one system, everything unified
At the heart of each penthouse sits a Control4 Core 5 controller and a 27RU deep server rack — housing the AV receiver, zone amplifiers, network switch, NVR, and matrix in a clean, organised installation.
From a single app residents control lighting scenes, music zones, security cameras, intercoms, and airconditioning — whether they're at home or on the other side of the world.

Development & Progress
Blutek was on-site from the early stages of construction — coordinating cable runs, in-ceiling speaker placement, network infrastructure, and smart home wiring well before fitout began. These images capture the build as it took shape across Apartments 1 & 2.
