Working closely with the client from the design phase, Blutek engineered a complete ecosystem — from the lighting scenes that greet you at the door, to the surround sound that fills every room.

The home was wired for the future from day one. Speaker infrastructure was installed throughout every room, enabling effortless expansion of audio zones as the client's needs evolve. HDMI matrix cabling was pre-run for potential display additions.

The result is a home that responds intuitively — where technology enhances life rather than complicates it.
