Featuring towering glass walls, unique Calacatta marble surfaces, and floating staircases, this property showcases how technology can enhance architectural sophistication.

The home features Control4's EA Series controllers managing lighting, blinds, multi-room audio, touchscreens, and video intercom. With Triad speakers and Marantz amplification, high-resolution audio is distributed to eight zones throughout the residence. Entertainment is simplified with a single remote controlling the entire media system.

Security and surveillance are handled by a NESS M1 Gold alarm system integrated with Dahua IP cameras, all accessible remotely via the Control4 app. The network infrastructure uses Pakedge switches with Hewlett Packard and Unifi components ensuring reliable, high-speed connectivity throughout the home.
